Establishment of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Centre at the Castle Street Hospital for Women, Colombo

- The proposal made by the Minister of Health, Nutrition & Indigenous Medicine, to establish an Assisted Reproductive Treatment Centre at the Castle Hospital inclusive of a Laboratory and a Theatre with In-Vitro Fertilization facilities in a separate new two storey building to expand its services for infertile couples and secure the provisions necessary for same, was approved by the Cabinet.
