Allocation of a land in the Yala Palatupana Tourism Zone to the Sister Company of M/s One Nature (Pvt.) Limited

- The proposal made by the Minister of Tourism Development, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs, to allocate a land in extent of seven acres in the Yala Palatupana Tourism Zone to the Sister Company of M/s One Nature (Pvt.) Limited for a fifty year lease subject to the upfront payment and the annual lease, as per the value assessed by the Department of Valuation for the development of a tourist resort comprising of 28 fully equipped villas, was approved by the Cabinet.
