Construction of Solar PV Power Plants for the 02 Grid Substations in Ampara and Habarana under the 'Soorya Bala Sangramaya Phase II' Program

- The proposal made by the Minister of Power, Energy and Business Development to award the Investors, the 07 Solar Power Projects of 1MW expected to be connected to the 07 projects of the Ampara Grid Substation and the 07 Solar Power Projects of 1MW expected to be connected to the Habarana Grid Substation under the Soorya Bala Sangramaya Phase II and to authorize the Ceylon Electricity Board to enter into Agreements pertaining to the purchase of electricity in that regard, was approved by the Cabinet.
