The National Hajj Act

- The Cabinet approval has been granted previously, to draft the National Hajj Act and submit it to the Legal Draftsman. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Postal Services & Muslim Religious Affairs, to include the provisions to regulate Umrah Pilgrimage as well in the draft and to amend the name of the proposed Act to read as Hajj and Umrah Act, was approved by the Cabinet.
