Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Scientific Cooperation between the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the National Science Foundation of Sri Lanka

- The proposal made by H.E. the President at the request of the Non-Cabinet Minister of Science, Technology & Research to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific Cooperation between the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the National Science Foundation of Sri lanka with a view to providing additional opportunities to exchange ideas, information and skills in science, technology and innovation between Sri Lanka and Russia and establishing a cooperative relationship between the two parties to support the cooperative activities of the researchers of both countries, was approved by the Cabinet.
