Establishment of a Prison Intelligence Unit with a Legal Framework under the Prison Ordinance

- The proposal made by the Minister of Justice & Prison Reforms to establish a Prison Intelligence Unit to facilitate an effective administration and discipline in the prisons, subject to the general powers and control of the Commissioner General of Prison, contemplated under the Prisons Ordinance, was approved by the Cabinet.
