Procurement for the Supply of 6,000 MT of Soya Beans to the Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited for the production of Thriposha

- The proposal made by the Minister of Health, Nutrition & Indigenous Medicine to award the procurement for the purchase of 6000 MT of Soya Beans used for the manufacturing of Thriposha, which is a nutritious food supplement distributed freely to the children with malnutrition, the pregnant mothers with nutrition problems and the lactating mothers, to M/s S.D.K United Agri Ventures (Pvt) Limited, for a sum of Rs 840 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
