Memorandum of Understanding between the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies and the Raul Roa Garcia Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba

- The proposal made by Hon. Thilak Marapana, the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies of Sri Lanka and the Raul Roa Garcia Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, with a view to establish and promote academic and scholastic corporation between the two institutes, was approved by the Cabinet.
