Regulations framed under the Public Contracts Act, No.03 of 1987

- The proposal made by Hon. Rishad Bathiudeen, the Minister of Industry & Commerce, Resettlement of Protracted Displaced Persons, Co‑operative Development and Vocational Training & Skills Development, to present the regulations published in the Government (Extraordinary) Gazette 2055/18 of 24th of January 2018, prescribing the fees to be levied in respect of the services rendered by the Department of the registrar of Companies under the Public Contracts Act, No.03 of 1987, in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
