Construction of the Hotel with 48 Rooms for Waters Edge Ltd.

- The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis & Western Development to award the contract for the construction of a small urban luxury hotel with 48 rooms within the premises in which Waters Edge Hotel - Battaramulla is located to M/s Sathuta Builders (Pvt.) Ltd., as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
