The operation of Currency Exchange Counters in the departure walkway at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake

- The proposal made by Hon. Arjuna Ranatunga, the Minister of Transport & Civil Aviation to award the contract for the operation of currency exchange counters in the departure walkway at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, to the Sampath Bank, Bank of Ceylon, M/s Thomas Cook Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd., Commercial Bank and the Hatton National Bank, for a period of 3 years, in accordance with the recommendation of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
