Purchasing of 10,000 Tenecteplase Injections given for the persons suffering from Heart-attacks

- The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition & Indigenous Medicine, to award the procurement for the supply of 10,000 Tenecteplase Injections 40 mg. used for the prevention of the death of persons suffering from heart-attacks, to M/s Boehringer Ingelheim India (Pvt.) Ltd. of India for a sum of US$ 4,250,000, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
