Development of Rural Roads in Pasgoda, Kotapola and Pitabeddara Divisional Secretariat Divisions in Matara

- Even though, Cabinet approval has been granted previously to develop the rural roads in Pasgoda, Kotapola, and Pitabeddara Divisional Secretariat Divisions in Matara District, those projects could not be initiated expeditiously due to the delay caused in obtaining required resources. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Sagala Ratnayaka, Minister of Ports & Shipping and Southern Development to secure provisions required to develop the roads in Katawala, Horagala, Rajawatta, Kakunahena, Isuru Uyana, Udhadheniya, Nishshankapura, Siyabalagoda East Youth Service Road and Siyabalagoda, was approved by the Cabinet.
