The contract for the installation of 100Mvar Breaker Switched Capacitor Banks at the Pannipitiya Grid Substation

- The proposal made by Hon. Ravi Karunanayake, the Minister of Power, Energy and Business Development, to award the contract for the installation of 100Mvar Breaker Switched Capacitor Banks at the Pannipitiya Grid Substation under the Supporting Electricity Supply Reliability Improvement Project, to M/s Seimens Ltd. in India, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
