Presenting the Draft National Building Research Institute (NBRI) Bill in Parliament

- Approval of the Cabinet has been granted previously to draft a bill to establish the National Building Research Organization (NBRO) by an Act of Parliament. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Ranjith Madduma Bandara, the Minister of Public Administration & Disaster Management, to publish the draft bill prepared accordingly in the Government Gazette and thereafter, present the same in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
