Reviewing the procedure of issuing Route Permits and the preparation of a new procedure

- The proposal made by Hon. Arjuna Ranatunga, Minister of Transport & Civil Aviation, to appoint a Committee comprising of relevant stakeholders to introduce a new methodology for issuing Route Permits to buses having studied the problems cropped up after the commencement of bus operation on the expressway, was approved by the Cabinet.
