Mixed Development project at the Battaramulla Junction of the Kaduwela Road

- The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis & Western Development, to vest a land belonging to the Urban Development Authority, in extent of 415 perches situated at the Battaramulla Junction of the Kaduwela Road with M/s Essar Projects Limited on lease basis, to establish a Mixed Development Project, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
