Construction of Flushing Gates for controlling of floods in the Colombo Area

- The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development to award the contract for the construction of Flushing Gates in canals to be developed under the Metro Colombo Urban Development Project to M/s DGES -RR- INDOEAST JV for a sum of Rs.609.6 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
