Improvement of 4km road section from Pitipana Junction to Data Centre at Dampe road on Pitipana - Thalagala Road

- Five key road development projects have been identified as priority projects for upgrading the transportation links between the key town centers of Malabe,Kaduwela, Athurugiriya and Homagama with other regions to be developed under the Western Region Tech City Development Project. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis & Western Development, to award the contract for the improvement of 4km road section from Pitipana Junction to Data Centre at Dampe road on Pitipana - Thalagala road to M/s Finite Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee and the Procurement Appeal Board, was approved by the Cabinet.
