Awarding of the contract for the construction of a building for the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the Sabaragamuwa University

- The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Wijayadasa Rajapaksa, the Minister of Education & Higher Education, to award the contract for the construction of laboratories and lecture halls specified to be constructed as Stage II ‑ Phase I of the new building complex proposed for the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the Sabaragamuwa University, to M/s Sathuta Builders (Pvt.) Ltd., for a sum of Rs.452.4 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
