Improvements of a distance of 4 km in the Pitipana - Thalagala Road from the Pitipana Junction up to the Data Centre at the Dampe Road

- Five main transport development projects have been identified on a priority basis, in order to improve the transport connectivity with Malambe, Kaduwela, Athurugiriya and Homagama Towns and other areas expected to be developed under the Western Region Tech City Development Project. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the contract for the improvement of the distance of 4 km, in the Pitipana - Thalagala Road from the Pitipana Junction up to the Data Centre at the Dampe Road to M/s Finite Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd., in accordance with the recommendation of the Procurement Appeal Board, was approved by the Cabinet.
