Exhibition, forum and award ceremony on Innovation in Agriculture

- As a step towards modernization of the Agricultural sector in Sri Lanka, arrangements have been made to conduct an exhibition on Innovation in Agriculture, the Forum for Modernization of Agriculture and an Awards Ceremony for Stakeholders engaged in the Agriculture sector from 11th - 16th December, 2018 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) in Colombo. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Mahinda Amaraweera, the Minister of Agriculture, to conduct the said programme in association with all sectors engaged in the agricultural activities, was approved by the Cabinet.
