Extending the beneficiary base of the 'Sonduru Piyasa' Concessionary Loan Scheme

- The proposal made by Hon. Sajith Premadasa, the Minister of Housing and Construction, in order to extend the beneficiary base by increasing the existing floor area of the house to be eligible under 'Sonduru Piyasa' Concessionary Loan Scheme from 1000sq.ft. to 1500sq.ft., was approved by the Cabinet.
