The Parliamentary Programme for the Budget Debate - 2019

- Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, the Prime Minister, informed the Cabinet that it has been proposed to present the Budget (Budget speech/the second reading of the Budget) in Parliament on 05th November, 2018 and the Second Reading Debate from 07th to 14th November and the Committee Stage debate (the third reading of the Budget) from 15th November to 08th December, in accordance with the Parliamentary Programme pertaining to the Financial Year 2019.
