Obtaining Payments in foreign currencies for the services rendered by the Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited

- The proposal made by Hon. Nimal Siripala de Silva, the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, to amend certain restrictions prevailing in Exchange Control, was approved by the Cabinet, considering the advantages to be achieved through granting permission to obtain the payments in foreign currencies for the services rendered by the Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited for their customers, instead of the payments being made in Sri Lankan Rupees.
