Compact between the Millennium Challenge Corporation, USA and the Government of Sri Lanka

- The Joint Proposal made by Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe, the Prime Minister in his capacity as the Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs and Hon. Mangala Samaraweera, the Minister of Finance and Mass Media, to set up a Company named as 'Millennium Challenge Account (Guarantee Company) Sri Lanka' for the implementation of the projects in the fields of transport and lands which have been identified to be implemented under the Millennium Challenge Account and to provide the other facilities required for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
