Lease of land at Mudalige Mawatha, Union Place, Colombo 02 to M/s Access Realties (Pvt.) Ltd.

- The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to vest a block of land in extent of 114.56 perches belonging to the Urban Development Autrhority (UDA), located at Mudalige Mawatha, Union Place, Colombo 02 to be utilized for a development project, to M/s Access Realties (Pvt.) Ltd. for a sum of Rs.1,117.20 million, for a period of 99 years on lease basis, as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC) appointed for the relevant procurement, was approved by the Cabinet.
