Granting National Vocational Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3) Certificate for 10,000 Cinnamon Peelers

- The proposal made by Hon. Daya Gamage, the Minister of Social Welfare and Primary Industries, to prepare a programme for granting National Vocational Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3) certificate for 10,000 Cinnamon Peelers for carrying out the cinnamon peeling process with accurate technical usages and to secure other facilities required for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
