Establishment of a National Health Research Council

- The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft necessary legislation for the establishment of the 'National Health Research Council' at national level for regulation, co‑ordination, monitoring, development and management of Health Researches, was approved by the Cabinet.
