The Draft Bill for the recovery of damages pertaining to the death of a person

- The proposal made by Hon. (Mrs.) Thalatha Atukorala, the Minister of Justice & Prison Reforms, to publish the Bill to provide for the recovery of damages pertaining to the death of a person caused by a wrongful act, omission, negligence or default of another and for other matters connected thereto, prepared with the clearance of the Attorney General, in the Government Gazette and to submit the said Bill, thereafter, in Parliament, for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
