Signing of Terms of Reference of the Joint Russian - Sri Lankan Working group on Military - Technical Cooperation

- The proposal made by H.E. the President Maithripala Sirisena, in his capacity as the Minister of Defence, to sign the Terms of Reference containing the functions and conditions of the Joint Russian - Sri Lankan Working group on Military - Technical Cooperation proposed to be established as per the Agreement on Military - Technical Cooperation signed between Russian Federation and Sri Lanka in 2004, was approved by the Cabinet.
