Purchasing of 750 Jeeps for the Sri Lanka Police

The proposal made by Hon. Ranjith Madduma Bandara, the Minister of Public Administration & Management and Law & Order, to purchase 600 Jeeps for the Sri Lanka Police and 150 of same for the Police Special Task Force from the Indian Line of Credit to further enhance the services provided by the Sri Lanka Police to the General Public, was approved by the Cabinet.
