Construction of a four storey building with state of the art facilities for the Administrative functions of the Kalutara Police College

- The Police College in Kalutara which extends over an area of 209 acres provides facilities to train over a 1000 police officers, at a time, from the post of Police Constable to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Ranjith Madduma Bandara, the Minister of Public Administration & Management and Law & Order, to construct a four storey building with state of the art facilities in place of the building presently used for the Administrative functions of the said training courses, with inadequate facilities, was approved by the Cabinet.
