Issuance of title deeds to the re-settlers under the Awarakotuwa Relocation Project at Muthurajawela

- Under the Muthurajawela Development Project which was implemented in the year 1994, the squatters who were residing in the marshy area of the land were relocated in a section of the said land subsequent to its development. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to issue title deeds for the families identified after a survey done with regard to granting of title deeds to the occupants of these lands, was approved by the Cabinet.
