Purchasing of Surgical Rubber Gloves

- The proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Rajitha Senaratne, the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine, to award the contract for the supply of 31,041,000 locally manufactured Sterile Surgical Rubber Gloves made of rubber latex (in various sizes) for single use, powdered, in pairs, sterile packed in peel open package for surgeries, to M/s Sisili Project Consortium (Pvt.) Ltd., for a sum of Rs.1,199.9 million, in accordance with the recommendation of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
