- The proposal made by Hon. Nimal Siripala de Silva, the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, to award the contract for designing an information technology solution for the e‑Motoring Project of the Department of Motor Traffic under Build, Operate and Transfer basis, to 'Face Technologies & Metropolitan Joint Venture', as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
