Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sri Lanka and Rwanda on Cooperation in the field of Defence and Security

- The proposal made by H.E. the President Maithripala Sirisena, in his capacity as the Minister of Defence, to enter into a MoU between Sri Lanka and Rwanda with a view to encouraging, facilitating and promoting military cooperation and providing a structure for capacity building, cooperation in Defence and Security, was approved by the Cabinet.
