Construction of Mulankavil Water Supply Scheme

- Under the Mulankavil Water Supply Scheme, it is expected to provide safe drinking water to nearly ten thousands of people residing in Mulankavil area in the Kilinochchi District. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Rauff Hakeem, the Minister of City Planning and Water Supply, to award the above contract for the construction of the said water supply scheme, to the Joint Venture of M/s Ceylex Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., and Prathibha Industries Limited, for a sum of Rs.608.49 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
