Construction of an auditorium for the Sri Lanka Social Security Board

- The Sri Lanka Social Security Board is implemented with the objective of granting pensions and social security benefits to all state sector employees who are not entitled to pension rights. When the promotional activities of this institute are carried out, the need for an auditorium to conduct training of divisional officers, to hold seminars etc. has been felt. For this purpose, the Cabinet granted approval to provide the funds to upgrade the upper floor of the Head Office of the Sri Lanka Social Security Board as an auditorium.
