Design, Construction and Financing of the Super Structure Work of the Housing Project at Kimbula Ela Watta, Madampitiya

The proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the contract for Design, Construction and Financing of the Super Structure Work of the Housing Project at Kimbula Ela Watta, Madampitiya, which comprises of 472 low income category housing units, to M/s CML-MTD Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. for a sum of Rs.2,247 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
