The proposal made by Hon. Nimal Siripala de Silva, the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, to award the contract for the supply and Commissioning of a Air Traffic Management System for the Bandaranaike International Airport at Katunayake to M/s Thales Air Systems S.A.S., France, as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
