Construction of the small Boutique Hotel associated with the Waters Edge Hotel

- The Waters Edge Hotel Ltd. has been successful in securing a profit of Rs.240 million in the year 2017 and as such, focus has been made to further improve the operational activities and the physical infrastructure facilities of the hotel. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to construct a small Urban Boutique Hotel for the Waters Edge Ltd. consisting of 48 rooms, was approved by the Cabinet.
