Procurement of Vehicles for the Government Institutions

- The Cabinet has granted approval for procuring of vehicles for the use of Government Institutions under the methods of Outright Purchase, Operational Leasing and Financial Leasing. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Mangala Samaraweera, the Minister of Finance and Mass Media, to issue Circular Instructions indicating the criteria to be adopted when procuring of vehicles adopting each method, was approved by the Cabinet.
