Construction of the Residential Building and the Administrative Building of the National Police Academy in Katana

- Under the improvement of the infrastructure facilities a proposal has been made to construct the residential building and the administrative building of the National Police Academy in Katana, established for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the Officers of the Sri Lanka Police, Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Sagala Ratnayake, the then Minister of Law & Order and Southern Development, to implement the said project for the construction of the said buildings, at an estimated cost of Rs.836.28 million, during the period from 2018-2020, was approved by the Cabinet.
