Sri Lanka's accession to the Convention on Cluster Munitions (Oslo Convention)
- Even though some parties have made allegations that Sri Lanka had utilized cluster munitions, during the period of the armed conflict, there is no evidence at all to the effect that such cluster munitions have ever been used by the Security Forces of Sri Lanka and the stand taken up by Sri Lanka is that Sri Lanka has never used cluster munitions nor will Sri Lanka use such munitions in future.
