Development of the Grid Sub-station under the Green Power Development and Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program

- The proposal made by Hon. Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, the Minister of Power and Renewable Energy, to develop the Pannala Grid Sub-station, to purchase two (02) power transformers, for the Pannipitiya and Veyangoda Grid Sub‑stations, to purchase five 36 KV GIS Adopter Panels for the Kalutara, Kesbewa, Old Anuradhapura, Kappalturai and Kerawalapitiya Grid Sub‑stations, by utilizing the balance funds available in the 'Green Power Development and Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Programme' implemented under the Asian Development Bank loan aid, was approved by the Cabinet.
