Construction of an Officer Quarters Complex at Kalapaluwawa for Officers of the Special Task Force

- Approval of the Cabinet has been granted for the construction of an Officer Quarters Complex, at Kalapaluwawa for married officers of Special Task Force in the ranks of Police Constable, Police Sergeant, Sub Inspector of Police and Inspector of Police. Accordingly, the proposal made by Hon. Sagala Ratnayake, the Minister of Law & Order and Southern Development, to award the said contract to M/s Construction Managers and Planners (Pvt) Ltd., for a sum of Rs.289.59 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
