Implementation of the Housing Project at Sri Jayawardenapura Hospital Road at Thalawathugoda

- Bids have been called for, to select a suitable contractor for designing, constructing and securing funds for a housing project at the Sri Jayawardenapura Hospital Road at Thalawathugoda, comprising of 400 middle income housing units. As such, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to award the contract to M/s Yanjian Group Co. Ltd., for a sum of Rs.6,997 million, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
