Laying of Synthetic Running Track of the Diyagama, Homagama Sports Academy and improving the Athletic Ground Facilities

- The proposal made by Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara, the Minister of Sports, to award the contract, for providing facilities and laying of 400 meter Synthetic Running Track of nine lanes, for repairs in the middle ground for foot-ball, hockey and rugger inclusive of the repairs and improvements to the athletic ground facilities, to the CML-MTD Construction Ltd. for a sum of Rs.310 million as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
