Obtaining Consultancy Services required for the Township Development Programmes to be implemented in 2018

- Under the 'Sukithapurawara' Township Development Programme implemented by the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development, it has been proposed to implement 80 new projects in the year 2018. With a view to completing the new projects expeditiously, the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, the Minister of Megapolis and Western Development, to vest the contracts for the provision of consultancy services required according to the nature of each construction work, with the Urban Development Authority (UDA), Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB), State Engineering Corporation (SEC), Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (SLLR&DC), Provincial Road Development Authority (PRDA), Road Development Authority (RDA) and the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC), was approved by the Cabinet.
